If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
3. Products and information
We try to describe our products, including flavours, ingredients and nutrition information, as accurately as possible. Product photos are for illustration; actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly. Please always read the label on the pack before eating, especially if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Our products are made from makhana (fox nut) and may contain ingredients such as milk solids or spices; ingredient details for each flavour are listed on its product page and on the pack.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the locations available at checkout. Delivery timelines shared with you are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Details about delivery are set out in our Shipping Policy, where published, or can be obtained by contacting us.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
As our products are food items, returns are subject to hygiene and safety considerations. Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, where published. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we will help resolve it.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The First-Rate Makhana name, logo, product designs, photos, text and other content on the Website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products.
